50+ Fit (formerly Healthy Steps in Motion)

50+ Fit, formerly Healthy Steps in Motion, taught by a certified instructor, follows guidelines from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.  The hour long class will focus on flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as fall prevention. 

Balls, bands and weights are provided.  All are welcome to attend.  No experience necessary.  The exercises can be adjusted to the ability of the member.
