50+ Fit (FormerlyHealthy Steps)

50+ Fit, (formerly Healthy Steps in Motion), taught by a certified instructor, follows guidelines from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and focus on flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as fall prevention.

Balls, bands and weights are provided. All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary.
