Martial Arts will engage you both mentally and physically. Martial arts training for seniors can be anything the student chooses to make it be because it allows people of all levels and physical abilities to participate up to their comfort level without encouraging them to go past it.
The movements do not require abundant physical strength, but they do work most of the major muscle groups. Workouts begin with warm-up exercises and include techniques to build stamina along with muscle tone and coordination.
